Dr Tami Koroye is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Bradford, where he teaches the law and ethics of AI and the regulation of fintech and virtual assets. He advises regulators and technology firms on AI governance and digital finance in Africa. His clients have included the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria and EMTECH, and he has written AI policy briefs for Meta and Google through the Global Centre for AI Governance. He is the author of The Digital Manilla: A Pan-African CBDC for Economic Integration (Routledge, forthcoming).
